StatementLook offers an easy and safe way to view your credit card account information online. The amount of information you can access through the StatementLook determined by your credit card issuer. Depending on the service selected by your card issuer, this may involve the account summary and transaction information only or both summary information and your full monthly statement. The StatementLook service also offers you opportunities to make your account payments. The StatementLook route operated by First Data Resources Inc. (FDR) and made available to customers of credit card issuers FDR serve.

What information is needed to use the StatementLook?
To use the service StatementLook, you can click “Login” button located at the top of the page. You will be asked to provide certain security-related information which may include your credit card number, credit card validation number, and the last four digits of your Social Security number, depending on what your credit card issuer requires. This information helps us to accept you and give you the correct account information.

Which credit card is supported by the service?
StatementLook offers this service in cooperation with participating credit card issuers. You can use this service if your credit card issuer is a participating company and your credit card account is a Visa, MasterCard, or retail card account.

How much does it cost to see my statement online?
Your credit card issuer offers this service for you and provides fees and charges you pay for the service. Please contact your credit card issuer if you want more information on fees and charges.

What account information can I see if StatementLook?
The amount of information you can access through the StatementLook determined by your credit card issuer. Depending on the service selected by your card issuer, this may involve the account summary information and transaction details, or both summary information and your full monthly statement for the current and two previous billing period cycles. For your convenience, you can also view your transaction activity since your last statement was issued.
